-The offer is reserved to active Silver and Gold members of 'The Friends of the Maison' loyalty program, with valid UK shipping address. 

-Delivery will be made on Mother's Day: Sunday, 15th of March 2026.

-The complimentary flower bouquet will be dispatched independently of the order placed.

-The promotion is valid on orders placed between Monday 2nd and Monday 9th of March 2026. Any orders placed before or after this date will not be eligible for this offer.

-A maximum of one complimentary flower bouquet per customer is redeemable.

-The promotion is valid while stock lasts.

-We reserve the right to amend or cancel the offer and any non-qualifying orders at any time.

-The offer is non-transferable and the flower bouquet may not be resold. 

-In case of order return, the complimentary bouquet will be forfeited. Any samples and gifts received as part of the order will have to be returned (excluding Try it First samples).

-Following the purchase, eligible customers will receive a dedicated email within 72 hours to confirm the delivery details of the flowers bouquet. Delivery details will have to be provided by the customer by the 10th of March 2026, 10pm. Any information provided later than this will not be considered.
