DPD deliver to all UK Islands including Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles. Any order that will be shipped overseas will have a 2 days lead time. Some Scottish postcodes will also have a 2 days lead time.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your Right to Cancel and request a refund for the product(s) ordered that were not satisfactory for you.

Any product that is opened, damaged, used, bears marks, has been modified or is not returned in its original packaging is not subject to the Right to Cancel. All gifts and samples (unless it is a Try it First sample) must also be returned within the original package. Please note that personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

To return one or more items, you must use the return form to inform us of your decision. Item(s) must be returned unopened and unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging along with the form, to the following address:
