Maison Francis Kurkdjian ships via DPD and offers a Next Working Day Delivery (free for orders from £80).

Orders must be placed by 4 pm UK time Monday to Thursday to ensure same-day processing and Next Day delivery. Orders received on Thursday after 4 pm UK time, Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays will be processed the following business day and then delivery time will be applied.

DPD deliver to all UK Islands including Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles. Any order that will be shipped overseas will have a 2 days lead time. Some Scottish postcodes will also have a 2 days lead time.

2 days lead time postcode areas: AB31-56, D1-24, FK17-21, GY9-10, JE5, HS (all), IM (all), IV (all), KA27-28, KW (all), L80, PA20-80, PH15-50, TR21-25, ZE (all).

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your Right to Cancel and request a refund for the product(s) ordered that were not satisfactory for you.

Any product that is opened, damaged, used, bears marks, has been modified or is not returned in its original packaging is not subject to the Right to Cancel. Please note that personalised products can not be exchanged or refunded.

To return one or more items, you must use the return form to inform us of your decision. Item(s) must be returned unopened and unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging along with the form, to the following address:
