Francis Kurkdjian x Anne-Sophie Pic

The best childhood memories are often the most delicious, too. Francis Kurkdjian and three-Michelin-starred Chef Anne-Sophie Pic combined their expertise to capture the enchanting scents and flavors of the holidays. Together and in friendship, they created an assortment of three uniquely flavored marshmallows in the shape of a spade, Ms. Pic’s emblem, the “As de Pic”. Each color corresponds to a different recipe: pink for a hibiscus blossom, tangy raspberry and sumac berry mix; ivory white for a blend of roasted hazelnut, chestnut honey and Madagascar vanilla; and tan for an Ethiopian coffee, clove and star anise combination.
