Expanded Drops
Born from Francis Kurkdjian’s curiosity about the work of Swiss-Canadian photographer Christelle Boulé and her passion for perfume, the Expanded Drops series consists of original photographic prints created from the Maison’s creations.
Francis Kurkdjian x Wan Liya
The contemporary Chinese artist and ceramicist Wan Liya draws inspiration from Maison Francis Kurkdjian to create Thousands Kilometers Landscape, a previously unseen work measuring 11.915 meters in length and composed of more than 250 ceramic pieces.

Sparks of roses
In tribute to the cultural and know-how exchanges between China and France, Francis Kurkdjian unveils Sparks of roses at the West Bund Art & Design in Shanghai, an artistic and olfactory installation born from the imaginary and symbolic journey of the rose and ceramics, with the complicity of Amis de la Maison.

Katia et Marielle Labèque, Cyril Teste
La Cité de la Musique unveils the Cocteau / Philip Glass Trilogy, a creation in which music, light and fragrance converse. Francis Kurkdjian has composed three perfume accords to be diffused during the performance in harmony with music played by pianists Katia and Marielle Labèque and an elegant scenography by Cyril Teste and Nina Chalot, all friends of the Maison.

Revisiting Richard Strauss's electrifying Salome and Vincenzo Bellini's captivating Norma for the Vienna National Opera (Austria), director Cyril Teste continues his connection with perfume. These operas are an opportunity for Francis Kurkdjian to create an olfactory accord embodying the heroine and her famous Dance of the Seven Veils for Salome, and a scented card that recalls the intimate and sacred atmosphere of Norma's Druidic forest.
Chutt... d'Eau
This olfactory installation enhanced with music and light was set up in the Grove of the Three Fountains during the 2007 and 2008 Grandes Eaux Nocturnes in Versailles.
Strawberry in trompe l'oeil
This blend of strawberry, banana and orange blossom sorbets is the fruit of a collaboration between Christophe Michalak (pastry chef at the Plaza Athénée Hotel in Paris and 2005 World Pastry Champion) and Francis Kurkdjian.
Pas de deux
A fragrance created for the centennial commemoration of the Entente Cordiale, held at the Palais Garnier opera house in Paris in September 2004.
FENDIFRENESIA Yellow
The Roman luxury house FENDI and Maison Francis Kurkdjian combined their know-how and avant-garde spirit to create an exclusive collection of scented Baguette and Nano Baguette bags using the Maison patented technique.
Scented collaboration with Fendi
The second fragrance of the collection FENDIFRENESIA is a floral and cheerful eau de parfum that perfectly merges with the rose hue of the line, which includes a Regular Baguette bag, a Nano Baguette bag and a new card case.
Voir et être vu
Accompanying visitors as they climb the stairs to a Hall of Mirrors suggested by a giant looking glass, the scent of roses adds a poetic, sensory dimension to the retrospective exhibition on the painter Elisabeth Louise Vigée Le Brun.
La lumière des innocents
In a dual tribute to the stunning venue and to childhood, 800 two-wick candles, as expressive as eyes, were specially created for this event and arranged in a dreamy geometric pattern.
In the Wake of the Queen
In September 2006, the opening of Marie-Antoinette's estate to the public was an opportunity for the Château de Versailles to raise funds through the sale of the queen's perfume. Francis Kurkdjian concocted the fragrance based on authentic historical documents.
Flora Tournicota
In collaboration with Albert Schrurs, the founder of Allegory Studio. This project presented flower-like fans of the invented variety dubbed "Flora Tournicota" featuring white petals and golden stems.
Le Roi Danse
Summer 2008. A giant trompe l'oeil representing a theatre curtain marked the entrance to another world.

Exposition Universelle Shanghai
Lille3000 asked Francis Kurkdjian to join the group of artists presented at Shanghai's Expo Off. At the Lille Europe Pavilion, located at a Taoist temple in the heart of Shanghai, Francis Kurkdjian chose to release bubbles scented with violet, symbolic of a certain French charm.
